Product Development

In this relationship, mindAmp takes responsibility for the development of a product that constitutes part of the overall solution that the customer plans to sell to the market/end-customer. A plan for a plan is generated, and incredibly rich, detailed, and clear status reports are generated to the customer on a weekly basis tracking the milestones and deliverables associated with the plan for a plan.

Architecture, Project, and Quality Planning

If the product architecture exists (either explicitly via documentation or implicitly through a previous implementation of the product), then mindAmp builds a project plan and quality plan for the development of releases of the product. If the product architecture does not exist, mindAmp builds a product architecture definition, project plan, and quality plan.

Development

Once planning has been completed, the development of the product begins. During this development, the same high-quality status reporting occurs in order to give the customer more control (rather than less) over the development and insight into the development process than the customer has with internal development.

Product development is similar to product/service planning and execution scenario with the exception that mindAmp has responsibility only for development and not for overall integrated product planning and management.
