mindAmp targets three broad markets: venture capital backed startup companies, Value-Added Resellers moving up the value chain toward some combination of Application Service Provider and higher-margin solution delivery, and Fortune 1000 companies that are in the process of developing and maintaining strategic products. The common characteristic of a mindAmp customer is the driving requirement for highly complex software delivered on-time, on-quality, with the required feature/functionality, and on-budget.

Although state of the art technology and processes are always used by mindAmp, we never forget that it's the result that's important. This is our defining characteristic; a passion for delivering results instead of the typical passion for the latest technological marvel or "silver-bullet" process. Our entire company is built around the concept of delivering results. This is the reason that we use a fixed price/fixed schedule methodology; this means that at the time a proposal is accepted we have committed to the customer a fixed schedule and a fixed price associated with that schedule. Achieving results on time, on budget, and with the committed feature/functionality and high quality for our customers is how our customer wins, and thus how we win.
