Background

mindAmp Corporation is based on over thirty years of research which demonstrates a minimum of an order of magnitude difference in productivity between the very best software developers and average software developers (note: the productivity difference between the very best software developers and poor software developers has been shown to tend toward infinity based on the inability of poor software developers to successfully complete assigned tasks.) What we have done is to take this theory and to put it in the context of disciplined and rigorous management systems that are the result of over fifty cumulative years of experience in all aspects of software development.

What I observed early on in my career is what can be done if you have the right people. With most things in life, the difference between the best and the worst is maybe 30% to 50%. But when we created Apple, I realized that Steve Wozniak was at least 25 to 50 times better than the average. It's hard to put a number on it, because sometimes such people can do things that no amount of average people could do.
